Frauenschenkel ist eine türkische Speise und besteht aus ganz banalem Hackfleischteig für Buletten der mit gekochtem Reis gestreckt wird. Weil ich noch drei Zucchini hatte habe ich die geraspelt und auch zu dem Teig gegeben. Das macht die Klopse schön saftig. Von einer Riesenschüsselvoll Teig schmolz das Ganze auf 12 mittlere Klopse. Aber es macht richtig satt.Damit hatte ich nicht gerechnet. Gott sei Dank habe ich diesmal keine Beilagen dazugemacht.
Die Diabetikerin braucht aber trotz allem eine kleine Scheibe Brot dazu.
